Debora is head of Human Resource department in Nielsen. She started her career 20 years ago as auditor for leading public accountants and served in administration and finance roles before she resumed her professional role in human resources in 2002.
She is a natural problem solver and has expertise in human resource planning, change management, employee relations, financial management and people review. Under her leadership, Nielsen has built a solid HR team and continues to recruit the best talent in the market.
Debora holds a master degree in Human Resource and bachelor degree in Accounting.
