Halim joined Nielsen in 2006 as Finance Director, after working in various leading multinational companies like Astra and Philip Morris.

He has successfully developed a healthy dynamics within the finance team that are able to work as partners to support business units to achieve their objectives. He also creates a transparent culture, which is an essential element in growing business.

In 2008, he assumed an expanded role as sub-regional Finance Director for Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Halim holds a master degree from Monash University.
