After joining Nielsen in 1991, he conceived and introduced Operations division for Retail Services. Reorganized and redirected data collection and production divisions to restore efficiency and improve quality. He also initiated innovative and more efficient data delivery system using Internet.
His current responsibilities are in the Client Servicing aspects of Retail Services. The latest major task is to maintain high level of satisfaction level among all Retail Services clients by providing advanced analytical services that uncover the real value in market research information as a source of insight and knowledge.
